Hayim Katsman, 32

The first American citizen identified is 32-year-old Hayim Katsman, who had been living in Israel, his mother told ABC News.Hannah Katsman said she initially thought her son had been taken hostage, but later learned he had been killed when Hamas militants burst into his apartment.She said he and a female neighbor were hiding in a closet when they were found. The neighbor was released but her son was shot dead and his body was found in his apartment, she said."[I've] been getting so many messages from people who worked with Hayim or who knew him, or who met him during their travels and how warm he was, how open," Hannah Katsman told ABC News. "He was a very accepting person and [a] very loyal friend, good sense of humor. He took things in stride."According to the University of Washington's Henry M. D | 　　21日，在国新办举行的新闻发布会上，中国财政部副部长廖岷介绍，中国创新设立财政金融协同促内需的6项政策工具(下称一揽子政策)，今年中央财政专门安排了1000亿元资金，通过财政引导、金融投放、市场运作的传导链条，实现了“1+1>2”的政策效果。政策出台7个月以来，实施进展整体符合预期，政策效能逐步显现。据统计，有居民约1.13亿人次，企业大概有622万家，其中绝大多数是中小微企业，获得了政策支持。

E | 　　廖岷表示，今年1-7月，通过中小微企业贷款贴息、设备更新贷款贴息、民间投资专项担保计划、民企债券风险分担机制4项促投资的政策，服务业经营主体贷款贴息、个人消费贷款贴息2项促消费的政策，累计支持相关领域新发放信贷超20万亿元，较上年同期增长了超8800亿元。四项促投资政策累计支持民间投资约1.51万亿元。两项促消费政策累计支持居民消费约1.88万亿元。
